Good Evening! We hope everyone has enjoyed their fall break. Just a couple of announcements. First, the competition that we were scheduled to host on October 1st has been cancelled. We did not receive enough registrations from bands to be able to host this competition. We found out that their are numerous other competitions scheduled for that day [many of which had to cancel this year.] We will try again next year.
We are having a booster meeting Monday night, September 26th at 7:00 pm. We need for everyone to attend. We are hosting the county band exhibition on Tuesday night, September 27th and we need help. Please plan to attend this meeting as we need to make sure that we have enough help for Tuesday night. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to help on Tuesday please respond back to this email.

This Week
Good evening! I hope that everyone had a great day off with family for Labor Day!
Here is a preview of this week. It is a strange week because of everything going on.
Monday: No school for Labor Day - Practice rescheduled as noted on the calendar for Wednesday.
Tuesday: Practice for all members from 6:00-9:00PM
Wednesday: Early Release at 1:30. Practice for ALL MEMBERS from 3:45-6:00PM
Thursday: Parade in Downtown Dallas - report at Dallas Elementary at 5:00PM in Casual Uniform
Friday: HOMECOMING/ALUMNI NIGHT.
Report time 5:30PM/Uniform check at 6:00PM.
Saturday: Paulding Meadows - sign-up sheet in the band room
Sunday: Paulding Meadows - sign-up sheet in the band room. SEE MR. CARR for tickets.

We will be taking orders for a second batch of Show Shirts only no Spirit Wear.
