We are so excited to celebrate our fantastic seniors this Friday. Senior Parents - Please see the Agenda for senior night below. FYI - Each senior in the band will receive two tickets for the game on Friday Night from the school.
5:45 pm – Reception for senior students and senior parents in room 419.
6:25 pm - Seniors and Senior Parents begin to move down to the football stadium and line up alphabetically for the ceremony. The line will form near the pavilion on the home side.
6:45 pm – Senior Night ceremony begins. The order is Football, Band, Cheer, and then ROTC.
7:15 pm – 7:20 pm - The presentation of the colors and Performance of the National Anthem

Hello Everyone,
South Forsyth just provided us with a "rain delay" schedule for today. In the event that the weather does not clear, the event will be moved into South Forsyth's gymnasium. We have been informed that the gymnasium is quite large and will seat over three thousand people. This does mean that spectators will be allowed in the gym if the event gets moved indoors. Waffle House Pies / CFA Calendars
Hi Everyone!
Waffle House pies and Chick-fil-A calendars are now on sale.

Pies are $10 each. Flavors are apple, pecan and chocolate. Order forms were sent home with students today!
Calendars are $7.
All orders are due Nov. 6. Pies will be delivered the week before Thanksgiving.
Proceeds will be applied to student accounts.

Information for Saturday
Good Morning,
I wanted to provide more information for Saturday at MB Stadium. A few things to keep in mind:
1 - MB Stadium does have a CLEAR BAG policy. This policy will be enforced on Saturday. Please see their website for more information: http://mercedesbenzstadium.com/clear-bag-policy/
2 - Spectators will have to pay to park. We would encourage you to do your research early, and have a plan before you get to the stadium. Here is a link to information on maps and parking for the stadium: http://mercedesbenzstadium.com/parking-and-transportation/
Finally, here is another copy of the schedule for Saturday. I have been encouraged to remind you that we are the 3rd game of the day, and our game could very well possibly start later than expected if the first two games run long.

PC Band Exhibition / Next Week's Schedule / Important Information
Hi Everyone,
Lots of important information about next week:
1 - Next week is conference week. Although the school day ends at 2:25 PM, the school will not allow us to start practice with the marching band until 3:45 PM. We will host a mandatory study hall of all of the members of the marching band on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:25 PM - 3:25 PM.
2 - Monday, October 16th, we host the Paulding County Band Exhibition at South Paulding High School. In order to host a successful band exhibition at South, we need your help. We are still looking for volunteers to help us with parking the bands, parking the equipment trailers, and helping with the concession stand. Please consider helping us with this event!

We would love to have you out to play with the band this Friday, October 13th for Homecoming! Please come dressed in jeans and a Spirit of South Paulding Shirt of your choice. Be prepared to share stories, fellowship, and catch up with old friends! Please note that you will have to pay for entrance to the game ($8). Here's the schedule for this Friday:

Practice Thursday / Presale Tickets for October 21st vs. Mays
Good Afternoon,
1 - We are extending rehearsal on Thursday, October 5th until 7:00 PM.
2 - The school has a small allotment of tickets for $15 for the Mays game in MB Stadium (the regular ticket price is $22). Students in the band will be able to purchase the $15 pre-sale tickets for our game vs. Mays High School during band class on Monday, October 9th. Students will be able to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets at $15 per ticket. These tickets will only be on sale through the band on Monday the 9th. To be clear: students will only be able to purchase 2 tickets each on Monday the 9th, and Monday is the only day they will have the opportunity to purchase those tickets through the band.

Homecoming Parade Next Tuesday, October 10th
Hi Everyone!
Next Tuesday, October 10th, is our Homecoming Parade! Our Homecoming Parade is an awesome South Paulding High School Tradition. For those that are new to SPHS, the parade route begins at Dallas Elementary and ends at the Old Dallas Courthouse, followed by a pep rally at the First Baptist Church. Here's the schedule:
5:15 Students Report to Dallas Elementary School Parking Lot
6:00 Parade Begins
6:45 Parade and Pep Rally Ends - Parents should pick up students near the old Dallas Courthouse / First Baptist Church Area.
***Students will wear their casual uniform.
PRO TIP - Drop your children off at Dallas Elementary and park at the old Dallas Courthouse. Set up to watch near the end of the parade. That way, when the parade is over, you're not walking the whole parade route back to your car. We will march through downtown Dallas. The end of the parade is the old Courthouse. From there, we will loop back to the 1st Baptist Church for the Community Pep-Rally.
