Water Guidelines

As we all know, it is important that our students stay well hydrated in the summer and the fall.  This year, we will be providing students with water jugs and requiring that they have them with them for practice.  Below are the guidelines for water intake during the day:

Take your child's weight.

Divide it by 2.

Subtract 10%.

For example, a child who weighs 160 pounds should be drinking 73 ounces of water a day.
