Hi Band Booster Parents!
As you all know by now our Chili Cook Off is around the corner, Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 6:00p. Thank you to all the cooks who have volunteered to cook chili.

(all the cooks, don't forget the garnish with which you may serve your signature dish, e.g. cheese, sour cream, etc. )

We are also in need of some other things; students please bring:
**Clarinets - Please bring crackers or bread and plastic spoons
**Flutes - Please bring plates and napkins and plastic spoons
**French Horns/Mellophones - Please bring desert and napkins
**Guard - Please bring cups, bowls, and napkins
**Low Brass - Please bring desert and plastic spoons
**Percussion - Please bring cups, bowls, and napkins
**Saxophones - Please bring crackers or bread and plastic spoons
**Trumpets - Please bring plates, napkins and spoons
***EACH STUDENT : PLEASE ALSO BRING A 2-LITER DRINK ***
If you would like to show up to help set up and/or serve, please arrive around 5:00p. Thank you Vicky Black for volunteering to help. There is no list for this, if you want to help please come on. I'm sure we can use everybody's help. Your help will be much appreciated!
