- Stage Crew - 5 Volunteers
- To adjust band set-up between groups
- Registration - 3 Volunteers
- Greet directors as the bands arrive and collect materials needed for the festival (scores, judges sheets, etc.)
- Hospitality - Many Volutneers
- Bring a "pot luck" dish to provide dinner to our judges and volunteers, and/or help serve.
Thank you in advance to helping to make this a classy event for our County band programs. Austin Middle School, Dobbins Middle School, P. B. Ritch Middle School, South Paulding Middle School, Hiram High School, and South Paulding High School will be in attendance. We all appreciate you!
