Rookie/Guard/Percussion Camp Going Well, Band Camp Next Week

Hoping that everyone is enjoying their summer and drinking lots of water!  Our camps this week are going very well! All involved are hard at work laying the foundations and building the necessary skills for a successful year!  

I look forward to seeing all of the Spirit of South Paulding next week!  Just a reminder that we start at 8:00am.  Plan on being early.  

Also we will be kicking off a fun fundraising competition! Sections will compete in a Quarter War.  Teams and incentives will be announced on Monday, but if we reach $1500 then the winning section's leader gets to throw a pie at Mr Carr! 

Here is the basic idea:

Quarters and Checks count as positive points.

Greens (Dollars) count as negative points. 

Students may donate to their own team or to other teams.  Feel free to plan your strategy!  

Team totals will be announced at the end of the day each day.  This is going to be fun!
