I just wanted to inform the parents that composite pictures for the marching band will take place during class tomorrow. You have the option of purchasing picture through TCPICS, which is one of the best portrait studios in the area. Units are only $10.00! A unit is defined as: (1) 8x10, (2)5x7, (4)4x5, (8)wallets, (2) buttons, or (4) magnets. The also offer "retouching" for a $10 fee. You can mix and match units to create the package that is best for you and your family. Please send a check in tomorrow made out to TCPICS if you'd like to purchase pictures. The photographer will accept cash as well, but can only accept exact change. He will not be able to make change on site. Students have the option of taking group photos with fellow band members if you desire for that to happen to please plan on taking your photo either 1st thing in the morning or during a common lunch period. Students will only take pictures during my class and will not be excused from other classes for pictures. Colorguard students who are not currently enrolled in my class need to report at a time that is convenient for their other classes (if you have minimum day, please report during that time) - or your lunch period could be a good possibility? If none of these options work, please see Mr. Carr first thing in the morning so he can help you work it out.
