Students stay after school - pizza will be ordered for the students. Please send $3.00 per student for Papa Johns.

- 9:00PM depart for SPHS.

Concert Band Festival on Wednesday, March 12
Students need to report to SPHS by 8:00AM and should be dressed in their formal attire by 8:10AM. Please send $3.00 per student for Papa Johns.
- 8:30AM Depart SPHS.
- 9:30AM Arrive WHS.
- 10:00AM Warm-up.
- 10:30AM Performance.
- 11:00AM sight-reading.
- 12:00PM depart for SPHS.
- 1:00PM eat Papa Johns at SPHS.
- students will attend 6th and 7th period classes.
- Students will be able to ride the bus home as normal.
Symphonic Band Festival on Wednesday, March 12
Students will report to school as normal and will use our class time (5th period) to prepare for departure. (Please send $6.00 for students to eat Stevie B's in Hiram on the way home)

- 3:20PM Warm-up.
- 3:50PM Performance.
- 4:20PM Sight-reading.
- 5:20PM Depart for Stevie B's.
- 6:00PM Arrive at Stevie B's in Hiram.
- 7:00PM Depart Stevie B's for SPHS.
- 7:30PM Arrive back at SPHS.
Honor Band Make-Up
* The honor band fee is $15.00 which is a little more than the DHB fee because there are less schools paying for the clinicians, and lunch on Saturday is included.

- 6:00PM - 9:00PM Rehearsal
Saturday, March 15
- 9:00AM - 12:00PM Rehearsal
- 12:00PM - 1:00PM Lunch (Pizza will be provided and is included in the fee)
- 1:00PM - 4:00PM Rehearsal
- 4:00PM - 5:00PM Change into formal wear and warm-up for concert
- 5:00PM Parents/relatives and friends attend a free concert
