Information for the 2015-2016 School Year

Hi Everyone!  Just a few reminders for the 2015-2016 school year:
1.       Please make sure all of child's information in Charms is current and correct.  You can log in at and our school code is spartanhsband.  If this is your first time logging in, your password is your Student ID.  Please let Mr. McConnell or Ms. Nickelson know if you have trouble logging in. 

2.       Deposits and commitment forms for Marching Band are due on May 18th.  This is what secures you a spot in the show.  May 18th is the absolute deadline.  We cannot guarantee anyone who turns in their commitment or deposit late a spot in the show (although you can still perform in the stands).  These can be turned in to the safe in Mr. McConnell’s office or mailed to the school.  This year’s deposit is $100, and payment coupons for the season can be found on Charms, under documents, in the 2015-2016 Band Handbook.

3.       Music, once available, will be posted for students on Charms in the Documents section. 

4.       All forms (commitment, medical, heat, parent volunteer, band handbook, payment coupons) must be on file with the band before a student can practice with the Marching Band.  They are all online in the documents section of Charms.
