Hi Everyone!
We wanted to update you on everything going on with the band next week. Our schedule is pretty close to normal, but we have the Homecoming Parade on Tuesday and we compete in Rome on Saturday. Here is the schedule for next week:
Monday - Normal Rehearsal Schedule
Tuesday - South Paulding High School Homecoming Parade (Casual Uniform)
5:15 Students Report to Dallas Elementary Parking Lot
6:00 Parade Begins
6:30 Parade Ends - Parents should pick up students at the old Dallas Courthouse
PRO TIP - Drop your children off at Dallas Elementary and park at the old Dallas Courthouse. Set up to watch near the end of the parade. That way, when the parade is over, you're not walking the whole parade route back to your car.

Wednesday - No Rehearsal
Thursday - Full Band Rehearsal from 3:45 PM - 6:30 PM
Friday - Homecoming vs. Lithia Springs High School
6:00 PM - Students Report to the Band Room

Saturday - Band Contest - Peach State Marching Festival -
THIS CONTEST IS NOT AT ROME HIGH SCHOOL. THE CONTEST IS LOCATED IN BARRON STADIUM IN ROME.
12:30 PM - Practice begins at SPHS
3:00 PM - Rehearsal Ends - Zaxby's provided to students
4:00 PM - Leave South Paulding High School
5:00 PM - Arrive @ Barron Stadium
5:30 PM - Watch Bands in the Stadium - (Students will be able to eat dinner in the stadium)
7:30 PM - Leave the stadium to prepare for Warm-Up
8:05 PM - Warm - Up
9:00 PM - South Paulding Performs
10:30 PM - Awards Ceremony
11:30 PM - Depart Barron Stadium
12:30 PM - Arrive @ SPHS
