SPIRIT NIGHT 2016
ATTENTION ALL PARENTS
students are working hard at preparing for this required performance on Friday,
July 22, 2016. Don’t miss this great opportunity to see the first portions of this year’s show, fellowship with other band parents, and some really great skits that the students have prepared for us. The Band Boosters will provide hamburgers and hot dogs for the evening and below you will find the requested contribution to make this evening a success. Please return the bottom portion of this letter by Friday, July 15, 2016 to give us an idea of the number to prepare for. Students will eat at 5:30 followed by everyone else.
Clarinets & Low Brass: Individual small Chip bags
(may be brought in anytime between July 11th and July 21st)
Trumpets & Mellophones: Two 2-liter drinks
(bring in between July 11th and July 21st)
Guard, Flutes, Saxophones: Dessert
(bring in on Friday morning July 22nd ).
Pit: Individual small Chip bags
