We're getting close to our deposit date for the trip. Today we sent information home with students about trip insurance, the deposit itself, and a list of FAQ's.
One Question on the FAQ's we sent home (number 2) made it seem like parents were REQUIRED to travel with their students. They are not. This question was meant to refer to students and families who do not pay to go on the trip, but choose to meet us in Orlando with their families. Those students will not be allowed to participate in the workshop or the parade (Disney does count the number of participants and this could disqualify us from our workshop and our parade performance). We have updated the documentation online to better reference this, and I will also clarify with our students throughout the day.
