Next Week!

Hello Everyone,

We are so excited to see everyone next week!  Please make sure that your child is hydrating now in preparation for being outside next week.  It is very important that they drink water in the days before camp and get some exposure to the sun before they arrive next week. 

Please check CHARMS to make sure we have all of your child's forms on file and payments are up to date.  The information on CHARMS regarding forms is current as of Friday at 10:30 AM.  Required forms can be downloaded directly from CHARMS using the Band Handbook or the Heat Guidelines Packet, or from the band website. Per the PCSD, students cannot practice unless we have the required forms on file.  Please do double check this before Monday - In some cases, forms were turned in without signatures or were missing required information.  We will have extra copies of forms here on file on Monday and Thursday if you would like to fill them out when you drop off your child.

Report Dates / Times for the week of July 9th are as follows:

ALL Members of the Colorguard, Drumline, and Front Ensemble: July 9th - July 13th, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
****Please do not forget to pack a lunch!

Student Leadership Team and all New (Rookie) Wind Instruments: July 9th - July 13th, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Returning Wind Instruments (Vets): July 12th - July 13th, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Hats, Sunscreen, and Sunglasses are highly recommended.
