Lots of important information to share with you:
1 - Car Wash. Tomorrow we will host Car Washes in two separate locations: the Waffle House in front of Publix (off of 61) and the Waffle House in front of Kroger (Ridge Road). Both Car Washes will run from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. These are a great way to raise funds towards student fees! Please come out and support the band. Remember, advertisement is CRITICAL in order for our Car Washes to be successful - please don't hesitate to advertise this information on your "social networks."
2 - Senior Program Photograph. We were informed this morning that all seniors are needed on Monday, 8/6, at 8 AM for a photograph with all other fall sports in the Main Gym. This photograph will be placed on the front cover of the football program. Seniors need to bring their instruments. They should wear their show shirts and jeans.
3 - We are getting closer to our Luau fundraiser. Today, we sent home a ticket order form with all of our students who are travelling with us to Hawaii. Our Luau is going to be a fantastic event, but it will only be successful if we sell tickets. We are asking every member traveling with us to Hawaii to sell AT LEAST two tickets to the Luau. Remember, all profits will distributed evenly to the students travelling with us to Hawaii. Everyone must help out with this for it to be a great (and lucrative) event!
4 - Battery Percussionists (members of the Drumline) will practice in the fall on Mondays from 3:45 - 7:00 PM, not 3:45 - 6:00 PM as previously notated on the calendar. We will get the calendar updated ASAP. PLEASE NOTE - this change does not apply to our Front Ensemble, just our battery members.
