Thank you so much to those who have volunteered for Paulding Meadows this weekend! We are still in need of a few things!
* We are in need of an Adult to help in the Hospitality Booth this Thursday Sept 5 from 3-7. If available - please email Jennifer Thomas at pauldingmeadows@spiritofsouthpaulding.org
* We will be loading up to bring everything over Friday Night, starting at 5 pm. Looking for TWO people willing to help Jennifer Thomas, and Paige and Gary Hulsey help get our booth area set up. The more help the better to hopefully get back to watch our kids that night!
*** WE are still in need of two adults for Parking on Sunday, and quite a few students for parking, and a few in the booth. Please go and sign up if able!
* PLEASE bring the items that you have signed up for ( water, soda, oreos) to the band room ASAP. We need to make sure we have all we need!
Please make sure your students wear closed toe shoes to help in booth and in parking lot. Also- students in parking MUST keep their phones in pockets, and not in hand!
* If parent or student are helping both days, please make sure you go to Hospitality booth on Saturday to get your entry ticket for Sunday.
* If parents are just dropping off a student, you will need a ticket ( students will be given those on Friday)
