Please see the message below from our band booster president, Karen Smith, about Paulding Meadows. We will send more information in the next few days about the performance side of Paulding Meadows. FYI – our students will perform at 12 PM on Saturday, September 10th.
Paulding Meadows is coming right up! All donations need to be dropped off by 6:00, Thursday, September 1st. We need 12 pack cans of Pepsi products and original Oreos. (Must be name brand and original to cook correctly.) Please check Cut Time to see what we need for donations.
All adult & student volunteer positions have been posted in Cut Time. If students want to work multiple shifts, then we would like for them to split their time in the booth and the parking lot.
We need 4 adults to work the gate Sunday. Saturday is already covered. I need to turn those names in to the Paulding Meadows board members as soon as possible.
Remember, this is a huge weekend for the band. It takes all hands on deck to be successful. Let’s show up and show out for our community!
