We were sent an updated schedule for our contest on 10/1 that has us playing quite a bit earlier in the day than the previous schedule. Please disregard the schedule we sent earlier this week. Here is the updated schedule:
Below is our schedule for our first band contest of the year at Douglas County High School.
Saturday October 1st - Band Contest – Douglas County High School
Schedule for Saturday the 1st:
Students Arrive @ SPHS – 9:30 AM
Practice Ends - Students Eat / Change / Load Busses - 11:45 AM
Depart SPHS – 1:25 PM
Arrive @ Douglas County HS – 1:50 PM
Warmup - 2:50 PM
Perform - 3:40 PM
Awards - 6:00 PM
Depart Douglas County HS - 7:15 PM
Arrive @ SPHS – 7:35 PM
The band will feed our students a late lunch for this event, but they should
plan to bring money to eat in the concession stand for dinner as well.
