Just a few reminders about Paulding Meadows this weekend. Also information for our concession stand workers below.
1 - We still need ONE MORE adult to work the gate at Paulding Meadows on Sunday. This ia Paulding Meadows requirement and we must turn in a name ASAP. Please let Mr. McConnell know if you would be interested / willing to help out between 12 and 3 on Sunday.
2 - Tickets. We sent home tickets for Paulding Meadows with students today for anyone volunteering. Please check with your student to ensure they received the correct amount of tickets for this weekend. Students who are volunteering only on Saturday will not need a ticket for entrance.
3 - Performance reminders for Saturday. Our Band performs at 12:00 PM and students will be done at 12:45 PM. Students should plan to arrive at Earl Duncan Park no later than 10:45 AM. For those who are new to Paulding Meadows, traffic in the morning can really be an issue. All members of the band must use the Northside Elementary School entrance Saturday morning for the performance. Enter Northside Elementary, drive to the back of the parking lot, and you will see a gate that leads you into Earl Duncan Park. Follow this road until you see our Band Trailers. Please plan on arriving EARLY so that your child is not LATE. For those parents who are not working with the Band for Paulding Meadows, tickets are $3 per person. Students are wearing their CASUAL uniform for our Paulding Meadows performance. If anyone stops you at the Northside Elementary School entrance, just let them know that your child is performing in the band. They will then direct you to the proper location to meet us.
Concessions - THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of those who are helping us tonight. As always, stop by the band room to pick up your concession stand entry pass. Please try to be here by 5:30 PM (if possible).
