Hi Everyone,
We are so excited about Senior Night this week! Here is everything you need to know:
1 – We will practice this week on Thursday from 3:45 PM – 5:30 PM. Thursday is also our annual costume contest. Students are NOT permitted to wear costumes to school – they must change after the school day.
2 - We do need help with concessions on Friday. We currently need another 10 volunteers. If you are the parent of a 9th-11th grader, we really need your help this week! Parents can sign up directly through Cut Time.
3 – All seniors will receive 2 complimentary tickets for the game this Friday. These tickets will be distributed through GoFan.
4 – Here is our schedule for Senior Night:
5:00 PM – Seniors meet in the commons area for our Senior Dinner.
6:00 PM – Sectionals for 9th – 11th grade members.
6:30 pm - Seniors and Senior Parents begin to move down to the football stadium and line up alphabetically by last name for the ceremony. The line will form near the pavilion on the home side.6:45 pm – Senior Night ceremony begins.7:15 pm – 7:20 pm - The presentation of the colors and performance of the National Anthem.
7:30 pm – Kickoff! The game will be televised this week on Georgia Public Broadcasting.
Senior Parents – I would encourage you to arrive on Friday sometime around 6:00 PM in order to fellowship / take photos / mingle. There is no formal dress code for Senior Night. Some parents may choose to dress up and some parents may choose to dress casually – it is completely up to you to decide.
