Pre-festival is on February 25, 2010 at Hiram High School. Transportation will not be provided, please report to Hiram HS.
We had a typo in half of the itineraries that went out to the children, so please be aware that what is listed below is correct.
If your child is in Mr. Carr's band then this is their itinerary:
Report 6:20PM in the Hiram HS Auditorium Lobby. Students should be in their concert attire,
instrument ready, and line up in score order. Another band will be performing so we ask that they come in orderly and are quiet.
Warm-up 7:00PM
Perform 8:00PM
Listen to Symphonic Band at 9:30PM
If your child is in Mr. Slay's band then this is their itinerary:
Report 7:50PM int he Hiram HS Auditorium Lobby. Students should be in their concert attire, instrument ready, and line up in score order. Another band will be performing so we ask that they come in orderly and quiet.

THE PREVIUOS INFORMATION IS FOR PRE-FESTIVAL
The following information is regarding Festival (LGPE)
Transportation will be provided for the students. GMEA LGPE is being hosted by Cartersville HS this year. Symphonic Band (Slay) performs on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 6:30PM and Concert Band (Carr) performs on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 10:00AM. Symphonic Band will have the luxury to catch a bus during the school day. Concert Band's report time on March 11 will be 7:00AM. A more detailed itinerary will be distributed in class on Friday, February 26.
Festival performances are for judges, but they are also open to the public. If you can attend either or both performances we would greatly appreciate your support.
