The Rookies look great!  I have been at school watching this week and they have already figured out how to march forward and even make a right turn, make a box, stay in line with each other and the other people on the line with them, and play some of the marching music.  Mr. Carr and the section leaders are doing a great job! We have a Booster Meeting next Monday at 7:00 p.m. in the band room.  July payments are due at the meeting and we will have two fundraisers to kick-off on Monday.  Some have asked about a Coke fundraiser and that is one that will begin on Monday.  The other will result in a 60% profit margin, with the possibility for 70%, for your students.  I think that this will be a really easy fundraiser.  If you haven't signed up to help in the Concession Stand during at least one football game, be prepared to do that on Monday as well. Don't forget, next week is Band Camp for all students.  Bring your sunscreen, water bottles, LUNCH, and a great attitude!  I hope you have looked at the music on CHARMS.  It is great!
