Hi Everyone!
Last night, our Paulding Meadows committee chairs attended a meeting and learned some new information about the event. For those who attended the Band Booster meeting last night, many of the details we gave you have changed.
Our performance time has been moved forward to 9:45 AM. We will perform from 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. More information about where to report, what time to report, etc. soon.
We are now working both the entrance gate and the parking lot. (Originally, we thought we were not).
All volunteers will be provided with a ticket that will gain you admission both Saturday and Sunday. Students will be allowed free admission on Sunday, provided they are wearing their band shirt.
