LGPE 2020 Information

Hello Everyone,

Below are the schedules for our LGPE Performances for the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble on March 19th and the Concert Band on March 20th.  

Parents are more than welcome to take their children home after they perform and sight read.  Please just sign your child out from our lead chaperone so that we may keep track of everyone.  Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thursday, March 19th 2020

Students in the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will need to bring money for dinner!

3:00 PM - Students change into formal wear and load buses
3:45 PM – Depart SPHS

4:30 PM – Arrive at Carroll County Performing Arts Center

5:20 PM – Symphonic Band Warms Up

6:00 PM – Symphonic Band Performs

7:20 PM – Wind Ensemble Warms Up

8:00 PM – Wind Ensemble Performs

8:40 PM – Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble Depart for Carrollton Chick Fil A located at 1156 Bankhead Hwy, Carrollton, GA 30116
8:50 PM - Arrive for Dinner
9:30 PM - Depart for SPHS
10:00 PM - Arrive at SPHS

Friday, March 20th 2020

11:45 AM – Students change into formal wear, eat, and load buses
12:15 PM - Depart SPHS

1:00 PM – Arrive at Carroll County Performing Arts Center

1:30 PM - Warm Up Begins

2:00 PM - Concert Band Performs

2:40 PM - Concert Band finishes Sight Reading.  

3:15 PM – Concert Band departs for SPHS

4:00 PM – Concert Band arrives at SPHS

Parents - we would love to have you come and support us!  Often times, it is just the students and the judges in the auditorium which can be very intimidating for our kids.
