Good Morning Everyone,
We have had a tremendous two weeks of Band Camp!!! It has been great to get back together and make music again!
I wanted to share a few things with you as we head into next week:
1 - Thank you to EVERYONE that supplied canopies for our kids this week! It was a tremendous success and helped protect our kids from the sun as they were playing outside. We do ask that all of our students take their canopies home with them this afternoon (we shouldn't need them again this summer.)
2 - Our practice schedule next week will be Monday (7/27) and Tuesday (7/28) from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. We will not practice on Wednesday due to Open House. We plan to utilize the same system for drop off that we have used the past two weeks. We ask for students to be dropped off at the following times to facilitate social distancing:
Wind Players - 5:45
Percussionists - 5:55
Colorguard - 6:05
3 - The PCSD has lifted the restrictions of 50 students in each group starting next week. This means that the whole band can be together at the same time, provide students are utilizing social distancing.
Thank you for all you do. Please continue to encourage your children to wash their hands and stay 6 feet apart. As always, please let us know if you have any questions!
