LGPE 2021

Hello Everyone,

Below are the schedules for our LGPE Performances for the Symphonic Band on March 18th and the Concert Band and Wind Ensemble on March 19th.  

Some important Covid-19 specific information that you should know:

Masks are required at all times in the Carroll County Performance Arts Center.  No students or parents will be allowed to enter without a mask.  Anyone inside the building without a mask will be asked to leave.  

Parents / Friends / Family members are encouraged to attend the performances.  Often times, it is just the students and the judges in the auditorium which can be very intimidating for our kids.  Audience seating for the bands is denoted as the following: 

Concert Band: YELLOW Rows

Symphonic Band: ORANGE Rows

Wind Ensemble: YELLOW Rows

Parents are more than welcome to take their children home after they perform.  All we ask is that you sign your child out from our lead chaperone so that we may keep track of everyone.  Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

We will send permission forms home with students tomorrow - please help your students remember to get their forms signed!

3:00 PM - Students change into formal wear and load buses
3:45 PM – Depart SPHS

4:45 PM – Arrive at Carroll County Performing Arts Center

5:20 PM – Symphonic Band Warms Up

6:20 PM – Symphonic Band Performs

7:15 PM - Depart for SPHS
8:15 PM - Arrive at SPHS

Friday, March 19th 2021

7:40 AM – Students arrive at SPHS and change into formal wear / load buses
8:00 AM - Depart SPHS

9:00 AM – Arrive at Carroll County Performing Arts Center

10:00 AM - Concert Band Performs

11:00 AM - Depart for SPHS

12:00 PM - Arrive at SPHS

3:30 PM - Students arrive at SPHS and change into formal wear / load buses
4:15 PM – Depart SPHS

5:15 PM – Arrive at Carroll County Performing Arts Center

6:10 PM – Wind Ensemble Warms Up

7:10 PM – Wind Ensemble Performs

8:10 PM - Depart for SPHS
9:00 PM - Arrive at SPHS
