This Week (9/2)

Here is everything you need to know about this week:

 

Tuesday – Marching Band Rehearsal from 3:45 – 6:30 PM

 

Wednesday – OFF

 

Thursday – Marching Band Rehearsal from 3:45 – 6:30 PM

 

Friday – AWAY vs. North Paulding HS

Students should plan to stay after school on Friday.

3:25 PM – School Ends.  Students begin to load equipment.

4:00 PM – Students eat in the commons

4:45 PM – Students change into uniforms / finish loading the trailer

5:15 PM – Students meet in the band room

5:30 PM – Depart for NPHS

6:15 PM – Arrive @ NPHS

7:30 PM – KICKOFF!

10:15 PM – Game Ends

10:45 PM – Depart for SPHS

11:30 PM – Arrive @ SPHS

 

Saturday  - Paulding Meadows

We are looking forward to a great performance and great fundraising weekend at Paulding Meadows!  Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help us make this event a success!

PARENTS – We still need 3 adult gate workers on Sunday (11-2) & 3 parking lot workers on Sunday (12-2).

 

Paulding Meadows is THIS weekend.  The Marching Band will perform at Paulding Meadows on Saturday, September 6th, at 9:45 AM.  Students will wear their Casual Uniform for this performance.  Students will be done performing by 10:30 AM. Students should plan to arrive at Earl Duncan Park no later than 8:30 AM.  For those who are new to Paulding Meadows, traffic in the morning can really be an issue. **All members of the band must use the Northside Elementary School entrance on Saturday morning for the performance. **Enter Northside Elementary, drive to the back of the parking lot, and you will see a gate that leads you into Earl Duncan Park. Follow this road until you see our Band Trailers. Please plan on arriving EARLY so that your child is not LATE. For those parents who are not working with the Band for Paulding Meadows, tickets are $5 per person. If anyone stops you at the Northside Elementary School entrance, just let them know that your child is performing in the band. They will then direct you to the proper location to meet us.

We are still seeking donations for our food booth, where we’ll be selling our crowd-favorite fried Oreos, along with Pepsi-brand 12 oz canned drinks and bottled water. Your contributions make a big difference, and we truly appreciate anything you can provide from the list below:
